Below are store policies regarding frequently asked questions!

Shipping

We are a small business and try our hardest to get your orders shipped within 1 business day. However, holidays and weekends may cause a slight delay. Changes and cancellations to your order will not be possible after it has shipped. 

Be sure to enter your personal information carefully as we are not responsible for any incorrect information or addresses. We will not issue any refunds for orders lost due to incorrect information.

If a question or concern about your order arises on our side, we will contact you via email or phone. Information about your order, such as shipping notifications, will be sent to the email you provide.

Sizing

Our items are from several different vendors, so we do not have a one-size-fits-all sizing chart (no pun intended). We try our best to include any sizing variations on applicable items, but if you have any questions regarding the fit of anything please do not hesitate to contact us!

Exchanges & Returns

Returns

You may return any unworn and unwashed items in original condition with tags still attached within 14 days of the shipping date for store credit only. You must include a copy of your receipt with your return. 

After we've received and inspected your items, you will receive an email from us with a code for your store credit. Items will not be accepted if returned after 14 days or not in original condition.

Exchanges

Ill-fitting items may be exchanged for another size in the same color and style within 14 days of shipping date. If the item is not available in the size requested, a code for store credit will be issued via email. Returned item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags still attached. You must include a copy of your receipt.

Defective Items

We carefully check each item before shipping, but if you feel you received a defective item please contact us right away. These instances will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your items. We recommend you get a tracking number when returning and/or exchanging items. We cannot guarantee we will receive the items and will not issue a refund or exchange if we do not receive your items.

If applicable, items must be returned with original packaging (i.e. shoe boxes & jewelry cards) inside a shipping box for protection. Any damage to the original packaging will be subject to a fee.
